We have your fitness in mind
We know that sometimes new equipment can be slightly intimidating. That's why all of our plate loaded and pin select resistance machines sport a code you can scan with your smartphone that will bring up an instructional video on that particular piece of fitness equipment. Of course, you should always feel free to ask one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff to help or assist you with anything you may be unsure of!
If you are an experienced powerlifter we want you to know that our equipment can take whatever you can throw at it and we don't want you to hold back. You're coming to our gym because you want to advance at your sport, therefore, we encourage all lifters to let it all loose and let us hear the iron ring!
True North Fitness is the culmination of two best friends who have a vision for Dawson Creek, our home and the place we've grown up and will raise our families, to be exposed to a professional level fitness centre.
